Fixed Time/Fixed Price
WebNet offers clients a fixed time/fixed price model when the scope and specifications of the project are clearly outlined. The benefits to using this model is we collaborate with clients to determine deliverables, timelines and expectations based on clearly defined requirements. This process results in a mutually agreed fixed price, which significantly mitigates the potential risk to both parties and guarantees a reliable, predictable and timely outcome that stays within budget.
Time & Material
Our Time & Material Business Model empowers clients to alter the project requirements on an ongoing basis and pay a hourly rate agreed on during contract negotiations. This model provides greater flexibility and best suits complex projects inclined to specification changes based on evolving market trends. Additionally, this model is ideal for companies who’s current infrastructure is dated and no longer supports their core business competencies.
Milestone Billing
This option is reserved for large-scale projects with measurable phases. Payment schedules are predefined and based on specified milestones, which helps to reduce the risk associated with large and lengthy projects. In addition, this particular model emphasizes routine progress monitoring, which provides the client with a weekly status report.
Dedicated Project Team
Our dedicated project team operates as an extension of the client’s IT organization. In this model, WebNet assembles a project team with the appropriate resources based on the client’s requirements and led by a qualified project manager. For such engagements, we may offer to implement client specific quality/process methodologies and practices developed for the specific needs of the Client.
